Brough Scott is a well-known British horse racing journalist, as well as a radio and television presenter and former jockey. The grandson of notable Great War soldier "Galloper Jack" Seely, Brough wrote his grandfather's biography and has published a book about Henry Cecil and his training genius. Brough served as racing correspondent for The Sunday Times and wrote for The Independent on Sunday, The Sunday Telegraph and the Racing Post, which he co-founded with Sheikh Mohammed. In 2009, Scott was awarded an MBE in the Queen's birthday honours list.
